Short Clinical Visits

Registration process

• The applicants must submit their applications on time.
• The Evaluation Committee will select 6 participants for each visit.
• The results of the evaluation process will be announced at latest 1 month prior the visit.
• The selected participants will be asked to pay the registration fee.

Registration Fees for ESGO Members *

ESGO member individuals residing in Europe and Israel: 400 EUR
ESGO member Group A, Group B**: 350 EUR

*In order to benefit from the ESGO Membership reduced rate, membership for 2026 must be valid. View the ESGO membership renewals and application. You have to log in to the registration system with the email address you use to enter the member zone.

**Categories A and B are defined according to the World Bank Country Classification.

Fee includes

» Admission fee
» Accommodation: 3 nights
» 1 Dinner

Fee does not inculde

» Travel Expenses 
» Insurance
» Lunches and Coffee Breaks

Timeline:

• Application process open: February 3, 2026
• Application process closed:

SCV in Barcelona: March 31, 2026

SCV in Essen: TBC

SCV in Paris: September 30, 2026

• Notification of assessment: one week after the application process closes.

Payment details

• The fee must be paid immediately upon confirmation of acceptance.
• The reservation can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
